Summary Elena Kuzmina (facilitator from Witology) is talking about Facilitator Code of Conduct we developed.
Description 10 basic rules:

- The facilitator should never go beyond the working relationship between him/her and the client or crowdsourcers;
- The facilitator should ensure that the client and crowdsourcers have a common understanding of all aspects of working together;
- The facilitator should never use the information received from the client as a means for making private profit;
- The facilitator should use only established facts;
- The facilitator should remain neutral in discussions with the crowdsourcers and should never take sides, even if he/she agrees with someone’s opinion;
