*Macrotasks - These involve presenting an entire project to the crowd of potential workers.
*Crowdfunding is also popular. In this case, rather than paying people to do work, people are asked to donate a specific amount of money to support a specific project or cause.
*Crowdsourced contests - In this case, a crowd is asked to submit ideas for a project, but only the winner or winners are compensated.
