The deal calls for Hawaii Bitters, a maker of spices for cocktails, to share its expertise in crowdfunding with the businesses the Manoa Innovation Center serves in exchange for the High Technology Development Corp.’s assistance in promoting Hawaii Bitters crowdfunding campaign, said Len Higashi, senior economic development manager for the HTDC. The HTDC operates the center, which is a state-funded technology incubator.
