Anna Sale, It's a Free Country reporter, is on a swing state road trip. She gave us her report from Colorado last week. This week, it's Iowa. The state that launched the Obama campaign's surprising run is only worth six electoral votes, but in a tight race they'll be closely contested — and this one's getting closer. A recent poll by Public Policy Polling showed President Obama leading Mitt Romney by only five points in the state, after leading by 10 points just two months ago. What's making the difference? According to Anna, the gap is being closed by groups you might expect (middle-class voters who are tired of watching the economy sag) and some you've forgotten about. Remember Ron Paul's huge contingent in Iowa? They're still out there, and they're not happy with their choices.
