We're always looking for better ways at Crowdsourcing.org to facilitate and grow community for those actively working in, or just interested in learning more about, the worlds of crowdsourcing and crowdfunding.
That's why we have staff dedicated to maintaining our presence across social media, from our Facebook page to our Twitter feed, LinkedIn, and our podcast which can be found on iTunes and elsewhere.
Recently, Google's own social network, Google+, launched a new "communities" feature, which I happen to think is one of the best platforms yet (outside of Crowdsourcing.org itself) for interacting, sharing and furthering the discussions about the industry that we work to provoke here on the website.
We've created new G+ communities for both Crowdsourcing and Crowdfunding, and invite you to join us.
Crowdsourcing.org will remain your clearing house for news, research and all things crowd as always, but we're hoping to use the powerful platform Google has built to introduce even more people to crowdsourcing and bring them into the discussion.
Join the Crowdsourcing community here and also dip your toes into the Crowdfunding community here.
