At its core, the key to any effective crowdsourcing solution is keeping the community happy — remember, an unsatisfied crowd is an unproductive crowd. So what does it take to keep a community satisfied and engaged? A panel of experts recently gathered in uptown Manhattan at the first-ever Re:Working Conference to discuss the intricacies of building and managing successful communities, which inevitably generate value for all parties involved.
