I am a big big fan of Sara, and was happy to launch the NLCFA with her. I hope everyone listens to this podcast with her. The reality is that we are likely not to see Title II or III this year. That said, the NLCFA's Regulatory Committee is also working with FINRA/SEC to move this forward in some form.
