NowStreet is taking its private company marketplace (PCM) promotion show on the road to "Hot-lanta" next month. And because it's August, we're sure the city will live up to its nickname, and NowStreet's "Evolving Capital Markets and Crowdfunding Symposium" should be an equally hot event.

Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC), who originally introduced a bill to legalize crowdfunding for equity in the U.S. House of Representatives, will be speaking, along with David Weild, Former Vice Chairman of NASDAQ and expert on market structure, as well as other big names in the emerging industry.

The event is set for August 21, 2012 from 8 am to 830pm at the Nelson Mullins Conference Suite & roof deck bar.
