Last week we introduced you to ThingsWeStart, which is a nifty web app for mapping the geographical location of Kickstarter projects to see what's worth backing in your neighborhood. ThingsWeStart has also taken its geolocation data and figured out which towns raise the most dough for various kinds of projects via Kickstarter. We've already seen the spots where most of the crowd's support of gaming projects end up, and this week we're following up with the top 5 cities for design projects on Kickstarter.
No big surprises on the list, except that it's clear that the largest cities don't necesarrily bring in the most backers. Check out this infographic from ThingsWeStart.
