Napkin Labs thinks it has the solution: yesterday, the company launched its “Brainstorm” Facebook application, which provides a platform for fans and customers to provide brands with feedback through their Facebook Pages.
Based on a ‘Brainstorm Prompt,’ fans can directly communicate with brands that use the application, submitting ideas that other users can subsequently ‘like’. Ideally, the cream of the crop will rise to the top, effectively crowdsourcing idea generation and categorization.
