The best way I know is to go to some face-to-face entrepreneur events in your town. You will find folks who are looking for future projects and folks who can give you feedback on your current project.

2. White label - find a suitable service and check that they can deliver what you want.
3. Joint Venture - pitch your idea to a technical partner who has the skills you don't
