Sounds like an interesting concept. I would want to see a reputation system that would credential the contributor -- maybe to include number of prior posts and associated stats (Likes / Tweets etc).
While a credit for the contribution via a link to their blog will, I'm sure, be appreciated, do you think it is enough of a reward to really motivate the potential contributors?

@Carl I get your point on giving the right incentive to potential contributors. Besides a link back to their site what other ways can I give incentives to contributors?
