KLM, the Netherlands' national airline carrier, developed KLM Bluelab as its innovation hub. Since October 2007, when it was launched, KLM has initiated a dialogue with its business customers. More than 1,500 ideas, suggestions and experiences and 4500 responses have been posted on the website. Dozens of these ideas have now been put into action by KLM.
KLM has implemented several dozen ideas following a number of feasibility studies.
