Brief business history Established in 2003 as Interactive Voices, then rebranded in September 2006 as Voices.com, the company was founded by Chief Executive Officer David Ciccarelli who is a graduate from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology with an Honour’s Degree in Audio Technology and partner Stephanie Ciccarelli, the Chief Marketing Officer who received a Bachelor of Musical Arts from the Don Wright Faculty of Music at the University of Western Ontario.
