Description
John White who's a partner with the law firm of Cravath, Swaine and Moore in New York City, talks about the signing of the JOBS Act and its major impact on the IPO process for smaller companies, for disclosure.
According to John, this new law affects somewhere in excess of 90% of the IPOs, so it is really quite exciting and significant development in terms of providing new flexibility in the IPO process, flexibility in communications, flexibility with research, and this is something that is going to make a big difference.
